This year, West Virginia Ski Free Day is Sunday, March 22, 2020.
Snowshoe Mountain/Facebook Just bring proof of your West Virginia residency (a state or government-issued photo ID) to the ticket counter and they’ll give you your free ticket, good all day.
Snowshoe boasts over 250 acres of skiable mountainside, 60 trails, and 1500 vertical feet.

In addition to skiing, you can enjoy other activities throughout the resort (please note that admission to these activities is not free on West Virginia Ski Free Day).
