Looking at 46 industries and 10 economic sectors, the ACSI was able to pinpoint which supermarket ranked the highest in terms of customer satisfaction for the 2019-2020 index.
Wegmans/Facebook Receiving a score of 84 out of 100, Wegmans received the top spot for having the highest score for satisfaction in both grocery stores and the entire retail sector.
Coming in a three-way tie with Trader Joe’s and H-E-B, Wegmans was named one of the best places to do your grocery shopping in the country.
