New Jersey is home to dozens of delightful flea markets and antique shops but some stand out for their uniqueness. One such place is the New Egypt Flea Market Village. Located in Cream Ridge, it’s open Wednesdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. year-round. What makes it special is the history. It was founded in 1959 and is home to over 40 climate-controlled historic buildings (now shops). These buildings include original WWII Barracks brought in from Fort Dix in the early 1970s as well as Bordentown’s original single-room schoolhouse.

But even better on the inside. You’ll find a wide selection of vendors selling collectibles, furniture, books, antiques, gifts, toys, tools, and tons more. We love the locally-made goodies best.

They’re one of the last unpaved, low-key, old-time country flea markets in New Jersey.

In the spring, they host a Pop Culture Yard Sale with a Big Kid Toy show. This special event is a blast! I’ve only scratched the surface, so if you want to see it all, check out the flea market’s website or visit for yourself. The new stuff is great but we can’t get enough of the antique selection! I want to go right now but I’ll have to wait until Wednesday…
