We recently told you about the giant 160-ounce prime ribs at Black Otter Supper Club. And if 160 ounces just doesn’t cut it, you’re in luck. Ward’s House of Prime, a Milwaukee eatery, serves 360-ounce prime ribs! Take a look:

Ward’s House of Prime opened in downtown Milwaukee in 2009.

As the name implies, prime rib is the steakhouse’s specialty. But not just any prime rib.

We’re talking about gigantic prime ribs. The smallest prime rib of the giant variety on the menu is 40 ounces, while the biggest is 360 ounces!

Of course, the menu does include normal sized prime ribs - 8 oz, 16 oz, and 24 oz – and a variety of other steaks. There’s also seafood, pasta dishes, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and soups.

Sure, each item on the menu is as taste bud-pleasing as the next, but the prime rib is truly the star of the menu at Ward’s – and not just because of the size.

It’s been voted the “best prime rib” by the Travel Channel - and that’s in addition to being named Milwaukee’s #1 spot for prime rib. The accolades make sense when you learn that all of Ward’s prime ribs are hand-selected USDA Angus beef and have been aged for 45 days.

But it’s not just the quality of the prime rib that makes it so drool-worthy. There’s also the cooking method, which involves a signature seasoning blend and curing the meat for two days before roasting it low and slow.

The size sure is impressive, though. So much so that the prime ribs are the focus of the restaurant’s food challenge. People have traveled from near and far to conquer the giant cuts of meat.

Successful contenders get their caricature on the Wall of Fame (and a belly that’s sure to feel full for quite some time!). But that’s not all. Anyone who beats the current record gets a cut named after them.

Described as a beef bonanza, Ward’s House of Prime is basically a mecca for carnivores.
