We could all use something to look forward to and, with no major plans lined up in the near future, I’m looking forward to summer in New Jersey. I’m optimistic that things will be better then, because summer is when we shine. Honestly, the Garden State is pretty great all year long, but nothing brings New Jerseyans together like memories of summers spent at the shore. We bond over our favorite beaches and boardwalks, complain about parking and traffic, but keep coming back for more. How could you not? This is what summer looks like in our beautiful state…

I look forward to rides, games, and the best part of the boardwalk…food! I’m talking about frozen custard, funnel cakes, and anything fried.

I look forward to swimming, surfing, sunbathing, and simply staring out at the sea, surf, and sky.

I look forward to fairs, festivals, fireworks, and giant sandcastles…

But most of all, I look forward to the memories I’ll be creating. Memories of slot machines, shells along the shore, sand that stays behind, and so, so much more.
