But when you happen to be a restaurant owner in the Pacific Northwest and your business is damaged by such a strange phenomenon, you have to have a bit of a sense of humor about it. And that’s how the Ruby Slipper Bar & Grill was named.
Once upon a time, the restaurant known as Bethel Square in Port Orchard was damaged by a freak tornado.
