As much as we love winter in North Carolina, we always find ourselves looking ahead with anticipation to spring each year, don’t we? Spring festivals around the state provide the perfect excuse to get outside and enjoy the gentle warmth of the sun and there’s one upcoming event that is sure to be a big dill… the North Carolina Pickle Festival!
Now in its 34th year and held each spring in the pickle capital of North Carolina (Mt. Olive, of course), the ‘dill’ with this unique festival is that it’s guaranteed to be loads of fun for the entire family.
