The Tell Lake Boardwalk Hike In Minnesota Leads To Beautiful Views

Hiking in Minnesota is always a good idea! After all, our state has thousands of hiking trails that are just waiting to take people around lakes, through forests, and to incredible hidden sights. And if you visit Scenic State Park, you’ll find a trail that combines all three of these features in one. The Tell Lake trail is a boardwalk hike through a beautiful wetland alongside a thick northern forest and a sparkling lake. Scenic State Park is a lesser-known but beautiful park in northern Minnesota. It’s about 120 miles northwest of Duluth, and nearly 230 miles north of the Twin Cities.

This park certainly lives up to its “scenic” name. It spans more than 3,000 acres of northern Minnesota forests and lakes. Spend a few hours in this pristine wilderness, and you won’t want to leave!
