Waterfalls are among Minnesota’s greatest natural wonders, and luckily the Land of 10,000 Lakes has more than a few spectacular examples. Everyone knows the beauty of Gooseberry or Minnehaha Falls. Alexaner Ramsey Park is a lesser known park in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, about 100 miles southwest of Minneapolis. Address: 99 E Oak Street, Redwood Falls, MN 56283.

The park, centered on the Redwood River, covers 256 acres. It’s been nicknamed the Little Yellowstone of Minnesota thanks to its size.
