I don’t know about you but I’m a sucker for great bbq. Luckily, we have so many great restaurants in Oklahoma that serve up some incredible smoked meats. One such place is Wild Horse Mountain Bar-B-Que in Sallisaw. This rustic dining gem doesn’t look like much on the outside, but that’s okay because they make up for it with their mouthwatering food inside. If you travel along Interstate 40 in northeastern Oklahoma, take exit 308 at Sallisaw and look for the Bar-B-Que sign for Wildhorse Mountain. Head south about 2.7 miles and you’ll spot the rustic restaurant on the side of the road.
