Opening this restaurant was a lengthy process. Owners Daniel Brian, Wesley Correa, and Bruce Delorey took their time.

Headie’s Brick Oven Pizza is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., except for Fridays and Saturdays, when it stays open until 1 a.m.
