There’s no better place to be hungry than in Maine! For a state tucked up in the northern part of the country, we certainly have some stellar food options. But we’re not just talking about the restaurants getting national news coverage. We’re fans of the places that are hiding out in the areas of Maine that might be less frequented by tourists. We’re talking about places like the Rib Truck!

Few things are more satisfying than feeling hungry and knowing that you’re about to chow down on some seriously delicious and filling BBQ!

You see, that’s where John and Mary Freeman bring their famous local rib truck that also includes a full smoker. On the days they’re open you’re likely to find them between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Although these hours aren’t exact. If they run out of food before then they’ll be gone just as fast as you can say “half rack!”
