Down within our scenic Hudson Valley region, the Tappan Zee Bridge happens to be the longest bridge in all of New York State.

To take a quick trip down memory lane, the original Tappan Zee Bridge of New York stood over the Hudson River between 1955 and 2017 - formerly spanning across the river’s second widest point.

To provide our drivers with a more safe bridge to travel along, in 2018 the official opening of the new Tappan Zee Bridge was unveiled for all to travel across.

Now, New Yorkers can make their way across the new and architecturally stunning Tappan Zee Bridge - one of only two crossings that stretches across the Hudson River within Rockland and Westchester Counties.
