Getting outside is one of the most important things you can do for your health and your mind. Fresh air, trees and breezes are all great for the soul. Luckily in New Hampshire there are tons of ways to take advantage of all of this. If you’re new to spending time outdoors, you might want to start with some simpler hikes that lead to great views. This is a great option for that!
One of the most lovely hikes in the state can be found in the White Mountain National Forest. Head to Conway to find it!

You’ll find it just off of the Kancamagus Highway. You’ll find the trailhead near the parking lot, where you’ll also find restrooms.

The trail itself is just over a half mile and the route is primarily gravel which makes it fairly easy to maneuver over.

Sabbaday Falls awaits and while you can’t swim here, it’s a refreshing payoff for a fun and simple hike.

Once you reach the falls, you’ll want to head to the observation area for the best view. This is also accessible for those with less mobility, including those in wheelchairs.
