Table Rock Lake is indisputably beautiful, although it’s not a natural wonder. It is, in fact, a man-made wonder that was created more than five decades ago when the White River was dammed.

Today, the shimmering lake, with its 800 miles of shoreline and 43,000 acres of water, beckons visitors from all over Missouri and the United States.

If you like water sports, you’ll find paradise on Table Rock Lake, where you can go boating, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. You can rent everything you need at the Marina.

While Table Rock Lake doesn’t have a “designated” beach for swimming, you’ll still find plenty of safe spots to swim in the lake. However, swimmers are prohibited near the boat launches and the marina, and there are no lifeguards.

If you’re spending the day at the lake, bring along a picnic. You’ll find picnic tables that boast stunning views of the lake.
