It’s always exciting when a new restaurant opens in town, but it’s also nice to enjoy a plate of good old-fashioned Montana comfort food. But if you happen to be dining at Sophie’s Kitchen in Bellevue, you can have a little taste of both. This shiny new restaurant serves some seriously tasty meals.

The menu at Sophie’s Kitchen consists of hearty breakfast and brunch options and a series of small plates and seasonal fares for dinner.

The food here can best be described as upscale comfort food, and it’s absolutely delicious.

The restaurant also serves weekly and seasonal dinner specials, some of which are quite creative.
