ProStart is a 2-year high school program for Culinary Arts and Management. It provides an incredible opportunity for students and “develops the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and foodservice leaders.”

A fundraiser event for the NJ Restaurant Educational Foundation, guests are able to upgrade their admission and become sponsors. Enjoy the International Food Festival from 6-9 p.m. on April 2, 2020. Fun fact – NJ ProStart students in Kearny are currently attempting to design a new pretzel product for Auntie Anne’s. The Auntie Anne’s in The Mills At Jersey Gardens (Jersey Gardens Mall) has offered to sell and market the students’ final product. If all goes well when it’s released (likely in the spring) the new pretzel will be evaluated by corporate for national production!
