For more than 35 years, the Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival has been gracing the town of Coshocton and surrounding Ohio farmlands with vibrant color once a year. The 2020 Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival will be bigger, brighter and more colorful than ever.

The vibrant balloons among the rural Ohio backdrop is a fun sight to see. This year’s festival is the 39th, making it one of the oldest hot air balloon festivals in Ohio.

This free 3-day event takes place on June 4 - 6 this year at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds.

It’s fun to see all kinds of different balloons at this unique festival, which features kiddie rides, food vendors, entertainment, craft booths, children’s activities, fireworks, a night glow and hot air balloon launches.
Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival/Facebook Tethered Balloon Rides will take place (weather permitting) on Thursday, June 4 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday, June 6 from 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
More than 25 balloons fill the sky, adding a unique splash of color to the rolling hills of Coshocton County.
