Something new that will be developed along the Old Erie Canal, the new neighborhood is set to demonstrate a new model for canalside living for modern times.
- Expanding Water Recreation

Right near Seneca Falls, the whitewater oasis will use existing water control infrastructure to create a water sports course. The goal of this exciting, new whitewater destination is to help increase the Empire State’s eco-tourism and the number of visitors that visit this area of New York.
- Connecting Communities

A former canal guard-gate will be transformed into a pedestrian bridge and overlook, something that everyone in the local area is incredibly excited about.
