As far as the food goes, you’ll find everything from Grilled Corn on the Cob and Pickled Peppers to all sorts of variations of Quesadillas and Tacos on the menu.

Of course, what would our favorite Mexican restaurant be without some great drinks? Nacho Hippo has become quite well-known for their massive Hip Buckets of alcohol and also their fruity marga-tinis, frosty margaritas, hip-jitos, and other drinks that are bound to quench your thirst.

When it comes to nachos, you’ll be pleasantly overwhelmed by this portion of the menu and all of the options that you’ll have to choose from. For starters, they have their Macho Nacho, Hipponachomus, Tree Hugger, BBQ Pork, and Fire in the Hole Nachos that come topped with things like jerk chicken, mango salsa, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, jalapenos, queso, and more.

Out of all the different dishes of nachos that you can order, it’s their Bangin’ Shrimp Nachos that we simply never want to share with anyone else.

For those who spoil themselves with an order of Bangin’ Shrimp Nachos from Nacho Hippo, you’ll be greeted with a plate full of fried shrimp, spicy mayo, mango pico de gallo, queso, cheese blend, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo. How delicious does that all sound?
