Well, to get you ready for this delicious season, we’ve decided to highlight an amazing little maple getaway waiting just outside of Buffalo inside this maple shack and pancake house! Just over 40 miles from Buffalo, Moore’s Maple Shack & Pancake House is one of our favorite places to visit during New York’s highly-anticipated maple season.

For five generations, the Moore family has been making maple syrup here in the small town of Freedom.

In 1986, Moore’s Pancake House came to life and has been decorated with old knick-knacks, tools, sleds, and all sorts of vintage trinkets ever since.

As if the aroma of Moore’s maple syrup wasn’t already enough to make you want to hang out here all day long, the discovery of Moore’s All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes sure does put the cherry on top!

Here in the Pancake House, you can order All-You-Can-Eat Buttermilk Pancakes and you can pair them up with things like ham, sausage, eggs, cinnamon french toast, and other tasty sides.
