Family outings are pretty much out of the question right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun from home! Dallas World Aquarium has launched two live webcams showcasing some of its most popular animals like sharks, lionfish, and the most adorable manatees you’ve ever seen!
The renowned Dallas World Aquarium might be closed for now, but you can still watch all your favorite animals going about their usual shenanigans. Live footage is streaming on the website 24/7, so loyal visitors can tune in at any time.

Two live cameras let aquarium fans keep up with their favorite critters during the closure. In the Large Freshwater River Exhibit, manatees and other denizens can be seen floating around their habitat. How adorable is this guy?

Heading over to the Cenote Exhibit, you’ll see many different species – including the ocean’s top predator. Watch these fearless beasts cut through the water with vicious intensity in real-time.

Also in the Cenote habitat is the mysterious lionfish. Did you know these eerily beautiful animals can have up to 18 venomous spines on the back side of their bodies?

Some of the animals are even roaming the grounds in the absence of visitors. Mitchie, a blue-throated macaw, got to explore and visit all her sea-dwelling friends!

As a gesture of gratitude to the patrons who sustain the aquarium, an additional day of admission is being added to memberships for each day of closure. This applies to active members as of March 17, 2020.
