Located in Denver’s trendy LoHi neighborhood is the popular Linger restaurant; Denver’s finest “Eatuary” with a history as unique as the menu itself.

What makes Linger so different? As you may have guessed from the previous picture, Linger is located in the same building as the old Olinger Mortuary, which was built around the turn of the 20th Century. In 1917, it housed the remains of Buffalo Bill Cody (pictured).

The historic mortuary closed in 2009, which is when it was purchased and converted into the trendy Linger Eatuary.

Linger is open Monday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
