Located right off Highway 93, Lakeview Overlook is a common stop for travelers going to and from the nearby Hoover Dam. Whereas many overlooks are simply good for stretching your legs for a few minutes, you’ll quickly realize that there is an abundance of beauty to enjoy at this beautiful overlook and you’ll want to take your time taking it all in.

The view from the top of the overlook’s parking lot seems to go on forever. Lake Mead’s blue waters look as vibrant as ever from up here, perfectly contrasted by the dark volcanic rock of the Black Mountains in the distance.
