This unassuming cabin restaurant opened in 1977 and dishes up their amazing southern food on the weekends. Inside, the log cabin walls and casual decor make this a cozy dining experience.

HillBilly Hideaway is located at 4375 Pine Hall Rd., Walnut Cove, NC 27052. They’re open three days a week: Friday and Saturday 4:00 p.m .to 9:00 p.m. and with seasonal hours on Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. March through October, and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. November through February.
All-you-can-eat lunch and dinner prices are: adults (12+) $17.75 (plus tax), children (4-11) half price, kids 3 and under are free. Dessert is an extra $4.
