Indian Well State Park is a popular destination on the Housatonic River in Shelton. While many enjoy a lazy summer day on the riverbanks, they often forget to explore the rest of the park and miss out on a captivating natural treasure.

A brief five-minute hike through the woods will lead you to one of Connecticut’s gorgeous waterfalls. Take the blue trail from the southernmost parking area below the beach.
