In early 2014, almost a decade after Hen of the Wood in Waterbury first began acquiring praise for their new, vibrant restaurant, Hen of the Wood opened a second location in Burlington, Vermont. With twice as much seating area compared to their Waterbury location, Hen of the Wood in Burlington allows the restaurant to expand their critically acclaimed cuisine to the pupils of Chittenden County.
