Few things are more picturesque than the Southern California landscape dotted with beautiful desert blooms. The past five years have seen an unprecedented amount of these rare “super blooms,” and according to the Farmers Almanac, 2020 might be yet another year of magical wildflowers.
In 2017, California was gifted with a rare phenomenon known as a super bloom.

Unfortunately, it’s still too early to predict whether or not the world can look forward to another California super bloom for the spring of 2020. However, there is some hope.

According to the Farmers Almanac, February in Southern California will be rainier than usual. If that rain is paired with cooler temperatures, then the Pacific Southwest could experience another round of beautiful blooms.
