The entrance to the preserve is through a residential neighborhood, and there is only street parking available. However, the half-mile walk to the sand is well worth it when you discover this peaceful landscape.

The moment you spot the water, you’ll understand that this beach is truly special. A preserve, by definition, means that there is minimal human interference here. Wildlife and natural beauty abound.

You’ll even notice an abundance of seashells on the coast. Collecting them can be a fun activity for you and your little ones. Be sure to leave them where they are, though, to ensure the natural state of the beach is left untouched.
