Adventure’s pretty easy to find in Missouri, no matter what your interests. While there’s an abundance to do outdoors all year around, sometimes we just want to hang out inside – to escape the rain, the snow, or the smoldering temperatures. If you’re still filling your calendar with fun, family-friendly indoor destinations, definitely consider adding Science City in Missouri, an attraction for all ages.

Science City in Kansas City isn’t one of those museums plastered with “don’t touch” signs. In fact, the science attraction actively encourages all guests to enjoy a hands-on, interactive experience.

In the test kitchen, you’ll learn all about the chemistry of foods. Stop by the Engineerum, too, where the kiddos can learn a bit about careers in science, engineering, and technology through hands on activities.
