As warmer temperatures begin to reemerge and we turn to spring, it’s time to start planning hikes around Vermont. After a sluggish winter, it might be a nice idea to start out with an easy to moderate hike to get you going again before taking on more challenging trails. If you share the same idea, then we have a great, easy out-and-back trail that will lead you to a wonderful falls in Killington, Vermont.

This half-mile out-and-back trail is a perfect way to start the spring hiking season. And even though the trail is short, there is plenty of diversity along this hike.

Thundering Brook Falls is the sixth tallest waterfall in Vermont. Watch the amazing nature of the cascading falls as they run down the steep rockside.
