Take a splendid step back into the 1950s by retreating to Flamingo Springs. This little trailer park is eclectically themed and delightfully tacky. Let’s take a peek inside these trailers and plan our next trip:

A trailer park may not be your first thought when picking a weekend getaway but Flamingo Springs will change that.

Facebook/Flamingo Springs Flamingo Springs Trailer Resort is undoubtedly one of the quirkiest places to stay at in Arkansas. The park opened in Prairie Grove in 2018 and has become quite the beloved secret of travelers.

The tiny trailer park will have an option that’s just the right fit for your next retreat.

Facebook/Flamingo Springs Six uniquely-themed trailers sit in a circle around a ready-for-summer swimming pool. Take the girls or keep it cozy as a romantic weekend for two. The park is for ages 21+ only so you can be assured your stay will be a fun and relaxing one.

The location is handy and the amenities are nice but the real reason to come to Flamingo Springs is the different trailer themes.

Facebook/Flamingo Springs Owners Laura and Zack Kraus have created six down-to-the-detail themes that are all ridiculously cute. Our favorite trailer is called The Pink Fuzzy Unicorn. It’s Lisa Frank inspired and complete with 90s-themed board games. 90s kids can also fall in love with the Friends themed trailer as well. It has all sorts of elements from the TV show, including a Central Perk coffee nook!

Some of the other choices fit in with the original nostalgia of the trailer park heyday.

Flamingo Springs Trailer Resort The Palm Springs-inspired park also has The Haight/Ashbury, a shag rug-filled 1970s trailer. There’s also a western-themed one named The Horn. Whichever one you choose you will have cozy amenities. Between 2-4 people can comfortably stay the night, depending on the trailer. They also have AC for hot summers and a heater if need be.

You and your friends will be seeing pink at Flamingo Springs!
