We can probably all agree that the best time of day is meal time! Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner there are so many great options here in Maine that there’s really never a dull moment. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for new places to try. The more unique the better! And, while not exactly new to Maine, we thought now was a great time to extoll the benefits of visiting this wonderful food party!

The only bummer about Congdon’s Doughnuts in Wells is that you have to get there early in order to snatch up the goods.

Except in the summertime! That’s when Congdon’s After Dark begins and it’s the best way to fill your belly.

This fun event got its start in 2017 and today it’s New England’s biggest food truck park.

In other years, it was a great way to meet friends and family and enjoy a meal outdoors. And, while that’s still the case, this year’s opening has brought with it important social distancing measures that will make sure you’re safe while you eat some of the best food from Maine’s favorite food trucks.
