Spring has arrived in Alaska. Snow is melting, birds are singing, and the Farmer’s Almanac is predicting that Alaska will have warmer temperatures this spring, so we can get out and get moving to our heart’s content. With gorgeous weather and many places closed, it’s the perfect opportunity to get the whole family outside.
After a long, snowy winter, there are few things that get Alaskans more excited than the promise of a sunny and warm spring.

Hopefully with the heavy snowfall this winter and above average precipitation this spring, we won’t see too many wildfires this summer.
