Parker’s is open until 2 p.m. and they specialize in breakfast and brunch. A can’t miss item on the menu? Parker’s Maple Barn special which comes with two eggs, home fries, ham hash, and their fluffy homemade pancakes.

For a more savory meal order the eggs Florentine which come with poached eggs (duh), spinach and a delicious Hollandaise sauce. Home fries on the side make this a gut-buster.

And that’s because Parker’s Maple Barn makes all of their maple syrup themselves. From March through April you can take a tour to see the process that the family has used for over than three decades.
