The Sooner State has some great swimming holes and one of my favorites is Flint Creek Waterpark in northeast Oklahoma. The main attraction here is the crystal-clear cold water, which makes it the perfect spot to escape the heat this summer. This family-friendly swimming hole is open seven days a week in the summer, so plan a little getaway the next time you’re looking for a refreshing place to cool off.

The waterpark is located adjacent to Flint Creek Dam. It’s a popular spot to check out, but it’s also a hazard so be careful if you swim over to it.
