Zodiac Supper Club opened in July 2015 in the St. Helens neighborhood, but two years later, they moved to the Hilltop neighborhood after a water pipe broke in their original building.

The Zodiac Supper Club / Facebook In fact, it’s designed to function like an old school supper club. Dana Verellen, who owns the bar with her husband, Dave, grew up with family in the restaurant business, and she witnessed the success of lots of grill-your-own supper clubs.
Here’s how it works: you order a steak, burger, skewers, or some chicken sausage, and it’s served raw with as much seasoning as you’d like (and salad and garlic bread, the latter of which you can also grill).
