Haystack Rock is particularly amazing. This iconic, 235-foot sea stack is said to be one of the tallest intertidal sea stacks in the world, and it’s perfectly picturesque. When the tide is low, you can walk right up to the base of it, where you’ll find amazing tide pools full of beautiful starfish, anemones, and more.
The area is full of lush green hills, stunning beaches, and unforgettable hiking trails. Here’s a view from Ecola Point, looking down over Cannon Beach and the nearby Crescent Beach.
