You can do just that at Barks N Brews, the very first doggy daycare and (human) bar combo in Ne”bark”sa.
Barks N Brews opened in West Omaha as a doggy daycare at the end of 2018. The bar component was added the next year following the issue of the company’s liquor license.

The concept is simple but ingenious: a place that lets dogs and their humans socialize in a fun setting. Because, after all, isn’t everything more fun when your best friend comes along?

The establishment is divided into two sections: the doggy daycare side and the human bar side. Check your dog in, fill out the required paperwork, and introduce him to some new buddies in the dog section. He’ll love exploring the big play area and discovering toys and other enrichment activities.

You can then feel free to make your way to the bar area. Swap stories with other dog owners or just enjoy a cold refreshment. There’s a window looking into the dog play area, if you’d like to watch all of the fun.

There’s a full bar here, including a selection of beers and mixed drinks. An ordering window goes from the play area straight to the bar so you can order a drink while enjoying open play time in the dog area.
