There’s going to be a festival of hot air balloons in Angola, Indiana, and it’s bound to be an excellent show for all ages. You won’t be able to take your eyes off the skies during this colorful event that only happens once each year. Scroll on for more details.

Taking place at the high school, Angola Balloons Aloft is a festival in northeast Indiana that is unlike much else in the state. It will take place this summer July 10-11, 2020.

This two-day event features about three dozen hot air balloons taking to the skies and competing in competitions for cash and other prizes.

It is free for spectators to attend this festival. In addition to watching hot air balloons race, there will be other activities and events for guests to enjoy as well.

There will be helicopter rides, a car show, a tractor show, food and craft vendors, a kids’ zone, a balloon glow at night, and much more to enjoy at this event.

The illuminated nighttime launches are a tradition for hot air balloon festivals. Your eyes won’t want to leave the skies during this spectacular show.
