The museum hosts several special events throughout the year, many of which have several live actors. One fan favorite is the annual Chuck Wagon Festival held in the month of May.

It’s a two-day family fun festival that showcases chuck wagon food samples, butter making with Ag in the Classroom, artisan demonstrations, bandanna decorating, live music, rope making with Ward Family Trick Ropers, Western reenactors, face painting, children’s craft stations, and much more.
