Yes - pancake. Singular. This place doesn’t offer a stack of pancakes. Why? Because one is enough. More than enough, really. It hangs at least five-six inches off the plate.

If you don’t want breakfast meat and an egg, just get “The Hotcake.” You can get it with just syrup and butter, or get fancier with chocolate chips or blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream.
